Urbn Archery was created by the team behind Hatchet Hound, a boutique axe throwing company with years of experience running coach-led events for bars, breweries, private groups, and corporate clients. Through Hatchet Hound, our team has helped host events for companies including Google, SpaceX, Mattel, and other major brands.
That background gives Urbn Archery something most new concepts do not have: real event experience. Q: How large are the cages?
A: When fully open and extended our cages are 9 feet tall, 8 feet wide and 20 feet long.
Q: Do they fold up?
A: Yes. They close down to 4 feet wide and are fully light and moveable. Venues can also choose to leave them open when not in use to create unique seating options.
Q: Does it cost anything for our venue to partner with Urbn Archery?
A: No. Urbn Archery provides the cage, equipment, games, coaches, and event operations. Your venue provides the space and benefits from more group booking opportunities, guest traffic, and food and beverage sales.
Q: Can the cage be installed indoors or outdoors?
A: Yes. Urbn Archery can work in both indoor and outdoor spaces, depending on ceiling height, layout, guest flow, and venue needs. Patios, beer gardens, warehouse-style spaces, rooftops, side rooms, courtyards, parking lots, and open event areas can all be considered.
Q: Is it safe for bars, breweries, hotels, and event venues?
A: Yes. Urbn Archery is designed for real event spaces. Guests use real bows with foam-tipped arrows, the activity takes place inside an enclosed cage, and our coaches guide the experience from start to finish.
